Debaal Development is a 7.5ha residential compound located in Debaal, a village in the southern district of Tyre.
The idea behind the project is to provide a new development typology to the area that is still under-development due to wars. The Master Plan aims to create a central park accessible to the residents and to visitors. The main target of the Park is to create a destination helping promote the development and educate the local residents towards use of public spaces and importance of green areas.
Debaal Development provides the following overall land-use mix:
- 2 floor Townhouses.
- 3 floors Apartment buildings.
- Villas.
- Cultural space.
- Central Park
